Lateral Associate – Multiple Offices (any practice)

• Qualified attorney in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Demonstrable experience in one or more commercial practice areas (e.g., corporate, finance, litigation)
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively on cross-border matters
