Lateral Associate — Real Estate (New York)

Top-tier New York office seeks a lateral associate to join a busy Real Estate group. The team advises developers, operators, investors and lenders on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, complex financings, joint ventures and REIT-related work.

Matters also include digital infrastructure and data-center transactions, portfolio and debt-investment work, and M&A of real-estate businesses. The role offers significant exposure to high-value, sophisticated transactions and close collaboration with senior deal teams.

• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in real estate at a comparable law firm
• Substantive experience with acquisitions/dispositions, real estate financing, or joint ventures
• Experience with REIT or portfolio/debt-investment matters a plus
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
