Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington bankruptcy and restructuring team. The role involves handling complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, supervising litigation and creditor representation, and collaborating with other practice groups on cross-border and finance-related matters.

The hire will lead client engagements, manage and mentor associates, and play a significant role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships is welcomed.

This is an opportunity to join an established bankruptcy platform with national reach while based in Wilmington.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 cases and contested litigation.
Track record of leading teams and managing complex cases from intake through resolution.
Business development ability; a portable book of business or clear origination capabilities are a plus.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
