The firm is seeking a partner with an established practice, proven client-development ability and the desire to grow a portable book of business. This is a senior role with opportunities to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with multi-office teams.

Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment law representing employers.
Demonstrable client-development skills and an established portable practice or track record of business generation.
Experience handling employment litigation and labor-relations matters; administrative and trial experience a plus.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Tampa office.
