Leading international law firm seeks a senior lateral partner to join its Paris insolvency and restructuring team. The role will focus on advising debtors, creditors and stakeholders on complex cross-border and domestic insolvency matters, working with established international and French practice groups.

The successful partner will take a visible leadership role in developing the practice in France, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to client development. This is a strategic hire for a team handling high-value, structurally complex mandates.

Established partner with a strong insolvency/restructuring background.
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships and track record of business origination.
Qualified to practise in France or equivalent EU qualification; fluent French and strong English.
Experience on cross-border, multi-jurisdictional insolvency matters.
