Established national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis office. The role offers the chance to lead significant commercial and trial matters across state and federal courts and to work with a broad roster of corporate and institutional clients.

The team handles complex civil litigation, regulatory defense, and dispute resolution matters. The firm is looking for an experienced trial lawyer who can manage high-stakes cases, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development locally and regionally.

Proven experience as a partner-level commercial litigator with significant trial and/or arbitration experience.
Admission to practice (or ability to obtain admission) in Minnesota; active bar membership and JD required.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.
Strong leadership, case management, and mentoring abilities; effective communicator in court and client settings.
