Lateral Litigation Partner — Southern California (Costa Mesa)

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its commercial litigation team in Southern California. The role focuses on leading complex commercial disputes, trial and appellate work, and managing client relationships across a range of industries.

The office offers integration into an experienced litigation platform with regional support and national resources. The role suits an entrepreneurial litigator who can both handle high-stakes matters and help grow the practice locally.

• Partner-level litigation experience with a strong commercial disputes background and trial/application experience.
• Licensed to practice in California (or able to gain admission) and comfortable managing matters in state and federal courts.
• Proven business development and client-management skills; ability to originate and grow client relationships.
• Portable practice / book of business expected; demonstrated ability to bring or expand client work is required.
