Seeking a senior banking partner to lead and grow a well-established finance practice in Muscat. The role focuses on high-value banking and finance work across domestic and regional clients, with opportunities to build a team and shape commercial strategy.

The firm is looking for an experienced originator with a strong track record of relationship-led business development and the ability to deliver complex lending, project finance and related advisory matters. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Demonstrable client origination and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading teams and managing cross-border matters.
Strong knowledge of banking/regulatory frameworks in the region.
Excellent commercial and drafting skills.
