Established partner with substantial experience in agriculture law; cannabis regulatory or transactional experience a strong plus
Proven client-development record and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong counseling and transactional skills, including regulatory compliance and commercial contracting
Admission to the relevant state bar or ability to become admitted; willingness to support team growth and business development
