Lateral Partner — Agriculture & Cannabis — Milwaukee

Experienced agriculture partner sought to lead and grow a market-facing agriculture practice with a focus on cannabis-related regulatory and transactional matters. The role combines client advisory, business development, and team leadership within an established practice group.

Open to candidates nationwide; the team is receptive to partners bringing a portable practice and client relationships. The position will work closely with industry-focused colleagues across offices to support operators, investors, and supply-chain clients in the agriculture and cannabis sectors.

• Established partner-level agriculture practice, with demonstrable experience on cannabis-related regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.
• Proven business development skills and a history of originating or maintaining client relationships; portable book of business considered.
• Strong leadership and team management experience; ability to collaborate across industry groups and offices.
• Active bar admission in the U.S. and ability to work with clients in relevant jurisdictions.
