Leading law firm is seeking a partner to join its Agriculture practice in the Phoenix market. The role will focus on counsel to agribusiness clients and matters involving agricultural regulation and the emerging cannabis/agriculture intersection.

The team advises on regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and industry-focused risk management. The office is open to candidates based in Phoenix and to strong partner candidates nationwide with a portable agriculture-related practice.

Established partner-level experience advising agribusiness clients; experience with cannabis-related regulatory or commercial matters is a strong plus
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or regulatory workstreams
Ability to work collaboratively across industry-focused groups and develop business in the region; portable book of business considered
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, or willingness/ability to obtain admission
