Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow an agriculture practice from the Providence office. The role will focus on traditional agricultural clients and emerging opportunities in the cannabis sector, providing regulatory, transactional and compliance advice.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes discussions with partners who can bring a portable practice. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for client development, team mentoring and cross-practice collaboration.

Established partner-level experience advising agricultural industry clients; substantive knowledge of cannabis-related regulatory and transactional matters preferred.
Proven business development and client management skills; track record of winning and retaining clients.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop junior lawyers and collaborate across practice groups.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) or able to become licensed; open to candidates based elsewhere with an established portable practice.
