Open to candidates nationwide; the firm is receptive to partners with a portable practice or significant client relationships aligned to the agriculture industry. The successful candidate will work closely with industry-focused teams and senior firm leadership to grow the practice regionally and nationally.

Established partner-level experience in agriculture/agribusiness law, including counseling on regulatory and commercial matters.
Demonstrated business development and client-management track record; portable book of business welcomed.
Experience handling cannabis-related regulatory, licensing, or transactional matters preferred.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to integrate with cross-practice industry teams.
