Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established practice focused on agriculture and compliance & regulatory matters. The role will involve advising industry clients on regulatory strategy, compliance programs, and transactional or operational issues specific to the agricultural and cannabis sectors.

The position is based in Austin but the team is open to candidates nationwide. The practice values attorneys who can build client relationships, develop industry-focused solutions, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Proven partner-level experience in agriculture, regulatory compliance, or related sectors (including cannabis).
Track record of originating or leading client matters and developing business within industry groups.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and to lead client-facing engagements.
Open to candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business.
