Established, multi-practice law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Agriculture practice in Madison. The role will focus on advising agribusiness clients on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters across the agricultural supply chain.

There is flexibility for candidates based nationwide; the team welcomes partners with an existing portable practice. Candidates with experience advising on emerging agriculture-adjacent sectors, including cannabis-related regulatory and transactional work, are of particular interest.

Established partner with significant experience in agriculture law or advising agribusiness clients
Proven transactional and/or regulatory experience (e.g., contracts, leasing, regulatory compliance)
Portable client relationships and demonstrated business development ability welcomed
Experience with cannabis-related matters a plus
