Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead an agriculture-focused practice from its Nashville office. The role will handle transactional, regulatory and advisory matters for clients across the agriculture sector, with particular experience in cannabis-related issues welcomed.

Ideal candidates will be client-facing, able to originate and expand business, and work collaboratively across industry groups. The team services national and regional clients; candidates nationwide will be considered and a portable book of business aligned with the practice will be viewed favorably.

Established partner-level experience in agriculture law, including transactional and regulatory matters
Familiarity with cannabis-related regulatory and commercial issues is a plus
Proven business development record and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Strong leadership, client management, and collaborative team skills; active bar admission
