Proven partner-level transactional finance and banking experience (syndicated loans, acquisition finance, structured products, or capital markets)
Track record of client origination and relationship management; portable book of business welcomed
Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring teams on complex deals
Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work with multi-state matters
