Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Transportation-related practices in the Nashville office. The role focuses on building and leading client relationships across technology, media, and industrial/transportation sectors, working with cross-disciplinary deal and advisory teams.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and managing complex commercial matters, advising corporate clients on transactional and strategic matters, and mentoring junior lawyers. Proven partner-level experience in technology, media/entertainment or transportation-related work
Demonstrable origination and client-development skills
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
