The team has expertise advising producers, agribusinesses and related industry participants; candidates should expect to handle transactional, regulatory and counseling matters and collaborate across industry groups. The firm is open to candidates nationwide and supports hybrid working arrangements.

Established partner with significant experience in agriculture law and related regulatory/commercial matters
Track record of business development and client relationship management; a portable book of business aligned with agriculture or related industry groups is desirable
Ability to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work cross-functionally with other practice teams
Bar admission in Tennessee or willingness to promptly seek admission
