Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Nashville

Senior banking and finance partner role in a major national practice, based in the Nashville office. The position will lead client engagements across general banking and finance matters, advise lenders and borrowers, and help grow the regional practice.

The firm seeks an experienced leader who will manage client relationships, originate new business, mentor junior lawyers and work cross‑office on complex financings. The role offers a platform to expand an existing commercial finance practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established banking and finance partner with a demonstrated track record of originations
• Deep experience advising on commercial lending, syndicated loans, and related finance matters
• Strong client relationships and ability to develop new business in the Nashville market
• Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required
