Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established agriculture practice in Muscat. The role is focused on building long-term market presence, providing senior legal advice to agricultural and agribusiness clients, and mentoring junior lawyers in the office.

We are seeking a partner with strong experience in agriculture-related transactions and regulatory matters in Oman and the wider region. The opportunity offers a leadership track and scope to develop the practice as current senior partners prepare for retirement.

Recognised partner-level experience advising on agriculture, agribusiness or related sector matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships in Oman/the GCC; regional experience preferred.
Demonstrable leadership and team-management experience; ability to mentor and develop more junior lawyers.
Business development capabilities; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is advantageous.
