A leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Boston. The role will lead and expand antitrust counseling, merger review, civil litigation and government investigations work for a mix of domestic and multinational clients.

The ideal candidate will take a visible leadership role within the practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with transactional and regulatory teams across offices. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome.

Established partner with substantial antitrust & competition experience (merger review, investigations, and/or civil antitrust litigation)
Proven business development and client-management skills; portable book of business welcome
Bar admission in Massachusetts (or eligibility) and ability to practice in federal courts
Track record of mentoring and leading teams on complex matters
