Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Chicago

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Chicago office. The role focuses on complex merger control work, government investigations, and commercial antitrust litigation for clients across industries.

The team handles domestic and cross-border matters and works closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues. The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice with an established regional presence and opportunity to expand client relationships.

• Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience (merger control, investigations, litigation)
• Admission to practice in Illinois (or ability to obtain) and active good standing
• Proven track record of client development; portable client relationships preferred
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience managing teams on complex matters
