Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Chicago office. The role involves advising corporate clients on merger clearance, cartel investigations, civil litigation and competition counseling across regulated industries.

The team handles complex, high-stakes matters and works closely with litigators and transactional lawyers. The practice offers client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to develop and lead engagements within a busy, multidisciplinary group.

Established partner with substantial antitrust and competition experience (mergers, investigations, litigation and counseling).
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; ability to practice in Illinois preferred.
Proven client development skills; portable practice or demonstrable business origination experience welcomed.
Strong written and oral advocacy, project management, and team leadership capabilities.
