Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Dallas. The role will focus on counseling and litigating high-stakes antitrust matters, including merger reviews, cartel and conduct investigations, and complex civil litigation.

The team advises corporate clients across industries and works closely with regulatory authorities. The ideal hire will help expand the Dallas office’s capabilities, lead deal and dispute workstreams, and mentor junior lawyers.

A portable practice or established client relationships in antitrust work are welcome and will be valued.

Established partner with a strong antitrust practice and significant experience handling merger control, investigations, and complex litigation
Proven client development and practice leadership skills; portable client relationships preferred
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to obtain admission; ability to be based in Dallas
Track record of mentoring and managing associates on large matters
