Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Delaware

Experienced antitrust and competition partner opportunity based in Delaware with a well-established national practice team. The role will focus on complex merger clearance, cartel defense, counseling on competition compliance, and related litigation across regulated industries.

The firm is seeking a partner who can contribute to and help lead client matters, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers. Candidates with a portable practice or an ability to bring a book of business are encouraged to apply.

• Prior partner-level or senior counsel experience in antitrust and competition matters.
• Proven track record on merger control, cartel defense, litigation, or competition counseling.
• Demonstrated business development ability; portable practice or existing client relationships preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices.
