Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Denver office. The role combines high‑level counseling on merger control and competition compliance with litigation and regulatory representation before U.S. enforcement agencies and in private disputes.

The team advises corporate clients across industries on merger review, civil and criminal investigations, compliance programs, and distribution/monopoly issues. The successful candidate will help expand regional capabilities and collaborate with a national practice.

Established antitrust practice with experience in merger control, investigations, and litigation
Track record of leading matters and supervising teams; comfort handling high‑stakes regulatory work
Business development ability and interest in growing a portable practice or contributing client relationships
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong academic and professional credentials
