Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and help expand its antitrust and competition practice in Houston. The role will involve counseling corporate clients on merger control and competition compliance, handling civil antitrust litigation and investigations, and advising on government enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers within a busy, collaborative practice. A portable practice or ability to bring client relationships is welcome.

Established antitrust practice with substantial experience in merger control, investigations, and civil litigation
Proven record of client development and business generation; portable practice welcomed
Ability to manage and develop a team of associates and counsel matters from intake through resolution
Bar admission in Texas (or eligibility) and strong academic and professional references
