Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Irvine (Orange County)

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Orange County (Irvine) office. The role focuses on counseling and litigating on competition matters for a diversified corporate client base across sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling investigative, civil enforcement and private antitrust litigation work. This is an opportunity to build a West Coast platform while collaborating with national practice colleagues.

• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including litigation and regulatory matters.
• Track record of advising corporate clients on enforcement, investigations, and complex commercial disputes.
• Strong leadership and business development capabilities; portable client relationships welcomed.
• Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; excellent writing and advocacy skills.
