Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Las Vegas

Well-established international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Las Vegas. The role focuses on high‑value antitrust matters across litigation, merger control, and competition counseling for domestic and international clients.

The partner will take a visible role developing and managing matters, working with cross‑border teams and senior firm leadership to expand the practice in the western U.S. The position is suited to a practitioner with a strong track record advising corporate clients and coordinating multi‑jurisdictional filings and investigations.

Candidates with an existing portable practice or book of business will be considered; the firm supports business development and integration into established client teams.

• Admitted to practice in the appropriate U.S. jurisdiction (Nevada or transferable admission).
• Established partner‑level antitrust experience (litigation, merger control, or competition counseling).
• Proven record of client development and matter management; experience coordinating cross‑border work preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and ability to lead teams on complex matters.
