Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition; Litigation and Corporate (Albany)

Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to bolster its Antitrust & Competition capability in the Albany office. The role blends antitrust litigation and competition counseling with transactional support on corporate matters.

The successful candidate will help lead and grow the practice locally, work on complex litigation and regulatory matters, and collaborate with cross‑office teams on transactional and compliance issues. This is a front‑facing, business‑development role with opportunities to shape local strategy.

• Partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law with strong litigation and transactional exposure
• Proven track record of handling complex civil antitrust or competition matters and regulatory engagements
• Established client relationships and ability to develop business; a portable practice welcomed
• Admission to practice in New York (or eligibility) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
