Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Litigation & Corporate — Atlanta

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Atlanta team to build and lead antitrust and competition work across both litigation and transactional matters. The role will involve handling complex enforcement, counseling and dispute matters and working closely with corporate deal teams.

The team favours candidates with established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition, a track record of winning and managing client work, and the ability to collaborate across litigation and corporate practices. There is flexibility to develop either a predominantly litigation or predominantly transactional book within the group.

• Partner-level experience practising antitrust and competition law, including enforcement and merger control work
• Demonstrated litigation and/or corporate transactional experience relevant to competition matters
• Proven client development and practice leadership skills; portable client relationships encouraged
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in Atlanta
