Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition / Litigation / Corporate — Bridgehampton, Long Island

Established national law practice seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Antitrust & Competition practice from the Long Island / Bridgehampton office. The role combines antitrust litigation and counseling with transactional antitrust support across a range of industries.

The partner will work on both contested matters and deal-side antitrust review, supervising junior lawyers and collaborating with corporate and litigation teams. The position suits a trial-capable lawyer with experience counseling clients on competition issues and supporting mergers, regulatory filings, and related corporate work.

• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and active bar standing
• Established antitrust practice with significant litigation and deal-side experience
• Proven leadership supervising associates and collaborating across corporate and litigation teams
• Demonstrated client development track record; a portable practice is welcome
• Strong writing, advocacy, and regulatory experience (FTC/DOJ matters preferable)
