Senior partner-level role for an experienced antitrust and competition lawyer with an active litigation and transactional practice. The role will lead complex enforcement, merger review and competition counseling matters while also handling related litigation and corporate transactional work.

The team serves a broad, national client base from its Chicago office. The firm is seeking a partner who can lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development; a portable practice or demonstrated ability to win and grow client relationships is advantageous.

Established partner with substantial antitrust/competition experience and proven litigation and transactional capabilities.
Track record of leading matters and supervising teams; strong client-development skills.
Admission to practice in Illinois (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to work in the United States.
Excellent drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills; comfortable across enforcement, litigation and corporate transactional matters.
