Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Litigation & Corporate — Dallas

Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas team within the Antitrust & Competition practice, with strong litigation and corporate transactional capabilities. The role will involve handling high‑stakes antitrust matters, providing litigation leadership, and supporting corporate/transactional work as needed.

The ideal candidate will have an established practice in antitrust and competition law, a track record of managing complex disputes and investigations, and the ability to lead and develop client relationships. This is an opportunity to join a broad platform with national and international resources while maintaining significant responsibility for client service and business development.

• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing
• Proven partner‑level experience in antitrust and competition matters; significant litigation experience preferred
• Experience on transactional/corporate matters that intersect with antitrust issues is a plus
• Demonstrated book of business or ability to generate and maintain client relationships
• Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills
