Seeking a lateral partner to join a major national practice from the Florham Park office. The role combines antitrust and competition work with commercial litigation and transactional matters across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, develop business, and work with a collaborative team of litigators and corporate lawyers. This is a partner-level role where an established, portable practice is welcome and will be supported by firm resources.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, with significant litigation and/or corporate transactional exposure
Track record of leading matters and managing teams
Demonstrable business development skills; a portable practice/book of business is advantageous
Active bar admission in New Jersey or willingness to obtain admission; strong academic and professional references
