Senior lateral opportunity for a partner to join a major international law practice in New York focused on antitrust and competition work, with complementary litigation and corporate transactional matters. The role suits a lawyer who handles high-stakes enforcement, cartel and merger review matters as well as related commercial litigation and deal work.

The team serves domestic and international clients across regulated industries; the group seeks a partner who can add depth on both defense and transactional sides. Candidates should be prepared to contribute to business development and to collaborate across practice areas on cross-border matters.

• Established partner with substantial antitrust and competition experience; strong litigation and/or transactional background preferred
• Proven track record of handling complex enforcement, merger review or antitrust litigation matters
• Demonstrable business development ability and willingness to build or bring a portable practice
• Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to be admitted
• Strong client relationship, team leadership and cross-practice collaboration skills
