Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition / Litigation / Corporate — Sacramento

Seeking an experienced lateral partner to join a well-established antitrust and competition practice in Sacramento. The role will sit at the intersection of antitrust litigation and corporate transactional work, supporting regional and national matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and develop client relationships, lead cross-practice teams, and handle both contested litigation and deal-side antitrust counseling. This is an opportunity to join a multi-practice platform with national reach while based in the Sacramento market.

• Partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, with a track record in both litigation and transactional matters.
• Proven client development and team leadership skills; portable practice preferred.
• Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in federal courts.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, strategic counseling, and project management abilities.
