Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition / Litigation / Corporate — Salt Lake City

Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City office to lead and grow antitrust and competition work while contributing to related litigation and corporate matters. The role involves taking responsibility for complex enforcement, civil litigation, and transactional counseling for regional and national clients.

This position is best suited to a partner with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships who can immediately contribute to business development and cross-practice opportunities. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team on high-stakes matters and help expand the local office’s market presence.

• Experienced partner with an established antitrust and competition practice and substantial litigation and transactional exposure.
• Proven track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable book of business.
• Excellent litigation, investigation, and counseling skills on competition and related corporate matters.
• Admitted and authorized to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; ability to work from the Salt Lake City office.
