The role sits at the intersection of complex civil litigation and corporate work, advising on high‑stakes disputes and regulatory issues.

The team values a partner who brings an established, portable practice and who can originate and manage client relationships while collaborating with cross‑disciplinary deal and litigation teams. You will have senior responsibility for case strategy, business development, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience across litigation and transactional matters
Proven track record of originating or developing client work; portable book of business welcome
Experience managing teams on complex civil litigation and corporate transactions
Licensed to practice in California (San Francisco base) and able to meet client and court requirements
