Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition / Litigation / Corporate — Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an antitrust and competition practice from the firm’s Silicon Valley office. The role spans both contentious antitrust litigation and advisory/transactional work, working closely with corporate and deal teams on clearance, counseling and dispute matters for technology and other commercial clients.

The partner will collaborate across litigation and corporate groups on complex matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to cross-practice client solutions. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcomed and will be an important factor in the hire.

This role offers a platform with national and international capabilities and resources to support significant antitrust, regulatory and litigation engagements.

• Established partner-level antitrust & competition experience handling both litigation and transactional matters.
• Proven track record in high-stakes antitrust litigation, merger clearance, and regulatory counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business welcomed.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience working on cross-practice, multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
