Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office to strengthen and lead antitrust and competition matters across both litigation and transactional work. The role will sit at the intersection of competition counseling, cartel and civil litigation defense, and commercial deal support.

The partner will work closely with cross‑practice teams on antitrust risk assessments for transactions, regulatory strategy, and contested matters, while helping to grow client relationships in the region. This is a visible role with opportunities to shape team direction and drive new business.

Established partner-track record in antitrust and competition work, with substantial experience on both litigation and transactional matters
Proven ability to originate or cultivate client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is welcome
Strong litigation experience (antitrust defense, investigations, or civil enforcement) and transactional antitrust clearance/counseling
Team leadership and mentoring experience; excellent client-facing and business development skills
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted as required
