Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition & Litigation, Fort Lauderdale

Senior partner opportunity with a large, international law firm seeking a partner to lead and expand antitrust and competition work from its Fort Lauderdale office. The role spans both contentious and transactional antitrust matters, with opportunities to work alongside the firm’s commercial litigation and corporate teams.

The successful candidate will join a multi-practice team and will be expected to handle high‑value regulatory and enforcement matters as well as related commercial litigation and merger clearance work. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for developing new business and coordinating cross‑practice engagements.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including litigation and merger clearance work.
• Track record of handling related commercial litigation and coordinating with corporate transactional teams.
• Proven business development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
