Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Houston. The role combines competition work with related litigation and corporate matters, advising clients on enforcement, merger control and disputes.

The partner will join a collaborative, cross-practice team and play a visible client-facing and business-development role. Candidates should be able to bring and grow a portable practice while mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience (litigation and transactional work)
Proven track record of client origination and business development; portable practice preferred
Comfortable leading matters that involve both litigation and corporate/transactional elements
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in Houston
