Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a major Los Angeles team focused on antitrust and competition work, with regular engagement on related litigation and corporate matters. The role will handle high‑stakes matters across litigation and transactional streams and work closely with cross‑practice teams.

Ideal for an established partner with a portable practice or demonstrated client origination capabilities who can drive business development while delivering sophisticated antitrust litigation and counseling. The position offers a platform to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate on national and international matters.

• Partner-level experience in antitrust and competition, including litigation experience and transactional counseling
• Record of client development; a portable book of business or demonstrable origination is advantageous
• Bar admission in California (or ability to qualify) and strong courtroom and/or regulatory advocacy skills
• Proven leadership, team management, and cross‑practice collaboration abilities
