Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition and Litigation teams in Miami. The role focuses on antitrust litigation and competitor-related disputes across federal and state courts, handling complex, high-stakes matters for corporate clients.

The team combines litigation resources with competition-focused counseling and enforcement defense. The firm is looking for a partner who will develop and lead matters, collaborate with trial teams, and contribute to business development in the region.

Established partner with a strong track record in antitrust litigation and competition matters (typically 10+ years post-qualification).
Demonstrable litigation experience in federal and/or state courts, including trial and appellate exposure.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is expected.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex matters.
