We are seeking a lateral partner to join a national law firm's antitrust and competition practice in downtown Los Angeles. The role will focus on counseling clients on competition law, representing clients in merger reviews and investigations, and handling complex civil litigation and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have an established practice, strong client relationships, and the ability to originate new work. This position offers a platform to lead matters, grow a team, and collaborate with national and cross‑border colleagues.

Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience
Proven track record of client development and managing complex matters
Experience with merger control, investigations, and civil antitrust litigation
Admission to the California bar (or eligible) and ability to work from the Los Angeles office
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior lawyers
