Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Los Angeles

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice and expand antitrust and competition capabilities from the Los Angeles office. The role involves handling complex merger reviews, antitrust counseling, and litigation matters across a mix of industries.

The team advises corporate clients on transactional clearance, conduct investigations, and regulatory compliance. This is a leadership role with opportunities to grow a client base and work on high‑profile cross‑border matters with established firm resources.

• Established partner with substantial antitrust & competition experience (transactional and/or litigation).
• Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; portable book of business welcomed.
• Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s), ideally California.
• Strong client development, team leadership, and collaboration skills; experience with regulatory agencies preferred.
