Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — New York

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join and expand its Antitrust & Competition practice in New York. The role is client-facing and combines antitrust counseling, merger review, and high-stakes litigation and investigations work on behalf of corporate clients across multiple sectors.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role within the office, working with cross‑disciplinary teams on domestic and international matters and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcomed.

• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition work (litigation, merger clearance, investigations, and/or counseling).
• Portable practice or strong track record of business origination preferred.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams and working on cross‑border matters.
• Admission to practice in New York (or ability to become admitted) and a strong professional reputation in the market.
