Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — New York

Leading, national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in New York. The role will handle complex merger control, cartel and civil antitrust matters, and agency-facing investigations, acting for corporate clients across sectors.

The partner will take a visible role in developing and growing the practice in the U.S., working closely with colleagues across offices and internationally. This is an opportunity to lead significant mandates, mentor junior lawyers, and expand client relationships within a well-resourced antitrust platform.

• Established partner with substantial antitrust & competition experience (merger control, investigations, litigation and/or counseling).
• Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships; portability of a practice will be considered.
• Strong record of leading teams on complex matters and working with regulators.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission; excellent communication and client management skills.
